Although we do not offer complimentary samples, our Palatability Guarantee means that all ROYAL CANIN® products guarantee 100% satisfaction for superior palatability, quality, and consistency. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us for support. 

Occasional offers may be available. To keep up to date on any of these promotions, check with your local pet specialty retailer or veterinarian, subscribe to our emails, or follow us on social media @royalcaninus. 

We use natural preservatives; citric acid (derived from vitamin C), tocopherols (vitamin E), rosemary extract and/or marigold extract. 

All ingredients we use in our diets are approved for use by the FDA. Our products meet or exceed required government standards for quality and food safety.

Payment

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

To remove a saved payment method, login to your account and click “My Profile” on the “My Account” page. You can easily remove your saved payment information. 

Shipping & Returns 

My Account

You can change your name on the “My Profile” page from the “My Account” menu. Once you have entered your new information, be sure to click the “Save” button. 

Click on "Login" from the user icon at the top right of our website and then click “Forgot Password” under the login fields on our sign-in page. After you type your email address, you will receive an email from us with a link to reset your password. 

Autoship Program

Select the “Automatic Shipping” option on the product page or at checkout when purchasing your product, then select your desired frequency to receive your shipments. You can view your Autoship details and manage future orders by going to “My Account” and clicking the “My Club Shipments” tab. We will place your Autoship orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and your card will be charged on the day the order is shipped. You will receive an email notification when your products are being prepared for shipment. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number and a link to track the status of your order. 

Go to “My Account” and click the “My Club Shipments” tab to view the details of your subscription. 

You will receive a 5% discount on all Autoship orders. Shipping is free on all orders. 

To skip an Autoship order, go to “My Account”, click the “My Club Shipments” link and then the “Manage” button. In the “Next Shipment” section, click the “Skip” icon next to the order for the date you would like to skip. A message will appear asking you to confirm that you want to skip that order. Click on “Yes” to confirm. Changes to Autoship orders, including skipping an order, must be made at least 2 days in advance of the scheduled date for that shipment. If you require further assistance, please contact us. 

To modify the delivery frequency for Autoship, go to “My Account” and click the “My Club Shipments” tab. In the “Subscription” section, click the “Manage” button to view the Autoship details page. To change the delivery frequency for an individual Autoship order, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the product you would like to modify and select your desired frequency. 

To modify the delivery address for your shipments, go to “My Account” and click the “My Club Shipments” tab. Click the “Manage” button. Click the “Edit” link on the shipping address in the transaction information section, add the address where you wish to receive your delivery, then click “Save”. 

To cancel an Autoship order, please visit the “My Club Shipments” tab and click the “Manage” button. Click the “Cancel” icon next to your Autoship. A message will appear asking you to confirm that you want to cancel your Autoship. Click “Yes” to confirm. Autoship cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance of the next scheduled shipment date.
